Marketing Verse provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, SEO, paid advertising setup, web design, graphic designing, content writing, WhatsApp marketing, and brand identity design. The specific scope of work is defined in the individual service agreement or invoice agreed upon before work begins. Any work not mentioned in the agreed scope will be quoted and charged separately.
All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due before the start of each month's work. A 50% advance may be required for new clients before work commences. Marketing Verse reserves the right to pause or stop work if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless stated otherwise. For monthly retainer services (social media management, SEO, etc.), a minimum engagement of 3 months is strongly recommended for meaningful results. However, there is no legally binding lock-in after the initial agreed period. Either party may choose to discontinue with 15 days' written notice after the minimum period. Work in progress at the time of termination will be billed proportionally.
The client agrees to provide necessary inputs on time — including brand assets, product photos, approvals, and relevant information. Delays in client approvals or inputs that affect delivery timelines are not the responsibility of Marketing Verse. The client grants Marketing Verse permission to use their brand name, logo, and content for the purpose of executing the agreed services. The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to Marketing Verse.
Marketing Verse does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to: number of leads, follower growth, website traffic, sales conversions, or search rankings. Digital marketing outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond our control — market conditions, competitor activity, platform algorithm changes, and client-side factors like product quality, pricing, and follow-up. We guarantee a structured, documented, and professional execution of the agreed services.
All content created by Marketing Verse for the client — including graphics, captions, videos, and strategy documents — becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Marketing Verse may use work samples for its own portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing. Raw files and editable source files (Illustrator, Figma, etc.) are not included by default and may be provided at an additional charge.
All paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are separate from Marketing Verse's service fees and are paid directly by the client to the respective platform. Marketing Verse is not responsible for any charges incurred on client advertising accounts. Third-party tools, software subscriptions, or platform costs required for delivering services are either included in the agreed price or billed separately as agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, strategies, or materials shared during the engagement. Marketing Verse will not disclose client business information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Each deliverable (post, reel, design) includes one round of revisions within the scope of the original brief. Additional revisions or changes that fall outside the agreed brief will be charged at ₹500–₹2,000 per revision depending on the type of work. Structural changes to strategy or content direction mid-month may affect delivery timelines.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Marketing Verse collects basic contact information (name, phone, email, business details) for the purpose of delivering services and communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and used only in the context of our engagement. Clients may request deletion of their data after the engagement ends.
Marketing Verse reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
